Des Moines Register – Steve Forbes will headline ag tech investor event in Des Moines
Steve Forbes, editor-in-chief of Forbes magazine, will headline Prairie Crest Capital’s Annual Ag Tech Investor Conference on Nov. 9 in Des Moines.
Forbes, who has twice run for the Republican nomination for president, is chairman and editor-in-chief of one of the nation’s best known business magazine and has authored several books.
“The time is now to convene the best thought leaders of the agricultural and investment community across the nation and share the opportunities we have to facilitate agricultural and technology investment,” Barry Adams, managing partner of Prairie Crest Capital, said in a news release. “We are honored and humbled to have Steve Forbes join us for this conversation and offer his view of the current investment climate.”
Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds will also present at the conference, which is set for Hy-Vee Hall at the Iowa Events Center.
